From time to time accident or illness claims by British tourists may arise against your company or business. Usually the claim in the first instance is made against the British tour operator/travel company, but this will often lead to a claim being made against you. It is possible that you could become part of the Court Proceedings in the UK, under the terms of the agreement/indemnity with the British tour operator/travel company.

Quality Complaints
You may have experienced cases where a British tourist is unhappy with the quality standard of your hotel and facilities and may have made a complaint either to your hotel directly or on their return to the British tour operator. In some cases these complaints may be totally unjustified or exaggerated.
